• All orders must be a minimum of $15
  
• We do not accept APO/FPO orders
  
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  
• We usually ship the day after receipt Monday-Friday
  
• We always try to accommodate special orders
  
• Ice Cream is available in the Greater Los Angeles area only
  
• Any returns must be authorized.
  
• We ship via UPS or USPS
  
• Any package that is damaged in shipping the customer must contact either UPS or USPS and report it first.
  
• All products are guaranteed to have been passed by the LA County Dept of Health
  
• We will beat or at least match any internet advertised price on candy.

Return Policy

If the product you have received is defective or we ship you the wrong item we will gladly replace it. We will pay for shipping and handling (standard postal service). If the shipping box is damaged as well as the product inside, please contact the shipping company to begin a claim. If the product received is not correct please contact us directly at (866) 326-3926 or email at sales@dandyboy.com so we can authorize the return or exchange for the correct product.

ATTENTION:

Due to the hot summer weather, certain melt-able products require faster shipping methods if sent to certain zip codes, and those ordering will be notified. Do not let your sweets sit outside in the heat.... be there to receive your package. NO REFUNDS FOR MELTED CANDY.
